This city has such a vibe about it. Its very mysterious to me. Kind of dark. But interesting. It was snowing very hard when we landed yesterday. I haven't seen snow in a long time. It really put me in the holiday spirit. :)
The hotel is decorated all in Christmas! Its a nice feeling. I'm on my way to the venue now. We are playing at the Ford Field. Its a huge stadium. I'm excited to play there tonight. We only have 4 more shows after this in the US. Its going by so fast.

I wouldn't say houston is my most favorite place....but I had the best time this weekend. Houston is huge and really spread out. But I made the best of everything. I went to a jazz show. It was so neat to see these artist. They were so talented. It was like they made up what they were doing on the spot. It was so natural for them to just jam out. I guess texas is famous for bbq. I went to this place called “good company” It was no joke. So good!
The next day I went to a zoo and saw all kinds of animals. Even a sloth! :) I have never seen a real sloth up close so I was very excited. I love sloth's. Later that night we went roller skating! It was the funniest thing ever. I hadn't been skating since grade school. It took me a few times around the rink to get comfortable. But I picked it back up. I had a blast. Over all, it was Such a great weekend.
Next stop....Detriot. I heard it was snowing there! Yikes!

Denver is freeeezing. The altitude is so high that everyone is having a hard time breathing here. We have 2 shows here. We did our first show last night and I totally felt it. It was harder to catch my breath in doing simple things. Very strange. It was a good show though. We staying a quiet part of the city. Not really a lot to do here, but it is a beautiful place. I would like to come back here someday and ski. :)

Well I must say that a 14 hour drive from Vegas to Denver sure is a different way to bring in the new week. Whoa!!!! We just arrived in Denver and its freezing. Quite a change from the desert weather. Its all good though. We have 2 shows here and I'm looking forward to them. I can't believe how fast the USA leg of the tour is going. We leave for South America in less than 3 weeks. Its crazy.

After the L.A. show we had to do Vegas. I was able to drive to Vegas with my man. It was so awesome. We jammed out the whole way to music. About half way we stopped at a ghost town. I've never been to one before, It was an old silver miners town called Calico. We had such a good time. We took the super fast tour of the town on a little train and walked the mine to gaze at the wondrous Glory Hole, ha! I also learned how to play blackjack. I got pretty good at it too. We stayed at the MGM Grand. They had these huge lions that lived there. They were so majestic and we caught them taking a nap with their trainer. Kind of scary but was so neat to see. We also went to an aquarium where we saw reptiles and ocean life. We saw Sharks, a huge Camono Dragon, Crocodiles and jelly fish. I got to pet a sting ray too. Lol It was so much fun. Oh yea....and the shows went Great too! :)

I have had the best time here at home. I have done so much and been able to see my loved ones. My boyfriend took me to the peer and we road the Ferris wheel and ate ice cream!!! I've lived here for 8 years and I had never ridden on it. Is was so fun cause it looks like your gonna fall into the water. I got a little scared. :) Doing things like that mean so much to me. It was precous down time spent and I cherish it. Tonight is the show in LA. Its a huge venue (Dodger Stadium) and there's going to be so many people.

Its truly amazing to travel the world and see so many places. But coming back to LA and being home, I realize how MUCH I miss it. Seeing people I love and cherish makes me happy. It feels so good to be home, I can't even express it! Even if it is for a short period of time. We got here yesterday and have a show in San Diego today! Thursday is our show here in LA! It's gonna be good one for anybody showing up ;)

Hey guys, I'm sorry I've been away for a little bit. I've missed you all! As most of you know I am busy touring this year. I'm singing with Madonna and it's been a blessing for me every step. Its been amazing to see so many places I've always dreamed of going. I've learned so much being out here. Being around so much talent has really inspired me to keep pushing harder and harder to make my own dreams come true!
As much as I am loving tour life, I also cannot wait to get back into the studio! Now that my new site is back up I will be able to keep all of you posted, all of the time. Thank you all for supporting me and always believing in me!
